Contact Painted Look

Three things to send when something is wrong: the design, what you saw and what you expected

Use the feedback form at the bottom of this page or write to [email protected]. Send a note when a level, a time or a drawing looks wrong, when you want something removed, or when you have a question about a design.

Report something that is not right

A useful report has three parts: the design (shape, pattern and colors), what you saw (the level, the minutes or the drawing) and what you expected, with why. With those we can tell whether the page or the rules are at fault.

Here is a made-up example, written to show the detail that helps; it is not a real report.

Sample note: an oval marble swirl shows Intermediate and about 40 minutes, the writer expected 30, and the reply explains 20 plus 20

Rights or removal requests

If you believe something on Painted Look infringes your rights, choose “Rights or removal request” in the form or email [email protected] with the page address and what you want changed.

What the form stores

The form keeps the time of your note, whether you marked it helpful or needing a touch-up, the page address, the topic you picked and your note (up to 1,000 characters). It keeps the newest 300 notes and does not ask for your name or email. To stop one person flooding it, a scrambled one-way form of your IP address is held for 20 seconds and then forgotten.

What the Painted Look feedback form stores, and that it asks for no name, email or design

If you want an answer by email, put your address in the note or write to [email protected] directly. We read messages in the order they arrive.
